While every person is different, a series of 3+ treatments spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended for best results depending on the severity of your redness and facial vessels.

The BBL is gentle, non-invasive and safe. Patients will experience a warming sensation and some temporary mild discomfort when treating facial redness and vessels.

The Rosacea BBL has minimal downtime. You will experience redness and some mild tenderness post treatment. Redness, mild bruising and swelling are possible in the few days following your treatment. Facial vessels may be immediately reduced and less visible.

If any pigmented lesions were treated, they will darken, look like “coffee grounds,” and gradually flake off and fade over the next 7-10 days. 

After 2 weeks, your treated skin will have reduced redness and facial vessels, and any sunspots and pigmentation will have faded. Results depend on your skin’s condition, the number of treatments, and the area treated.

It is essential to follow the instructions your provider gives you post treatment. We recommend using our Rosacea BBL Post Care kit to ensure the best possible results. Avoid any heat and rosacea or flushing triggers for 48 hours. Wear and reapply an SPF 30+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure.
