Cool Club Membership Policies

Financial obligations: 

• The Senara Cool Club Membership is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of enrollment with initial payment. All membership fees are non-refundable.
• Annual med spa membership fees are payable by credit card only. Members must supply Senara with a credit card to place on file for automatic payments. Yearly renewal will be charged to the credit card on file. Should a credit card payment be declined, the member will be notified and asked to supply an alternate credit card for payment. All benefits will be terminated until the account is brought back into good standing. After the account is delinquent for more than 30 days, members will lose their membership.
• Cancellation of membership prior to one full year of enrollment (365 days) will negate all discounts received. The member will be responsible for the full price of services received within the enrollment period, and payment is due immediately.

Terms of Agreement

• Benefits of the med spa membership are non-transferable and available to enrolled Senara Cool Club members only. Benefits cannot be extended to anyone else, including family and household members.
• In the event that the member moves outside of a 100-mile radius of Senara, membership may be canceled with written notice. Request for cancellation must be submitted via a signed letter to Senara’s office manager and must include proof of the new address.
• Members of the Cool Club will adhere to all Senara Health & Spa facility rules, regulations, and standards of conduct. Senara Health and Healing Center & Spa reserves the right to change fees, rules, and regulations as well as terminate membership at its sole discretion.
• Discounts are not valid on: medical equipment, gift certificates, insurance reimbursable services, discontinued items, prescriptions, special orders, or items purchased as part of Senara’s charitable giving.
