Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Schedule: Part Time/Full Time
General Summary and Purpose:
Licensed Medical Aestheticians provide quality facials, chemical peels, laser and RF type treatments, microneedling, laser hair removal, body treatments, and make-up application to guests of Senara Spa/Medical Spa. Responsible for providing outstanding service in a 5-star day and medical spa setting to each guest. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of all product lines and treatment options.
Licensed Medical Aesthetician Job Duties:
- Perform high quality aesthetic and medical aesthetic services to guests.
- Consult with guests to recommend medical aesthetic treatments and refer them to the medical staff for advanced procedures when necessary.
- Adhere to given schedule and appointments.
- Organize and hand in an accurate accounting of appointments at the end of each pay period.
- Adhere to all Senara policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and rooms, as well as, restock of linens and products between and at the end of each working shift.
- Must possess the ability to perform consecutive services in a pre-determined period of time.
- Required to sell retail products and enhancements associated with treatments and achieve sales goals.
- Must have adequate computer and typing skills to complete guest service notes after each treatment. This will include treatment notes pertinent to Medical Spa guests.
- Professional and well-spoken.
Licensed Medical Aesthetician Skills and Qualifications:
Training and Educational Requirements:
- Demonstrate exemplary knowledge, skill and/or ability in medical aesthetic procedures, including laser and RF services, and general aesthetics, skin care, and make-up application techniques.
- Must possess strong educational background with the ability to implement appropriate techniques according to assessment of guests, indications or contradictions.
- Satisfactorily respond to individual guest needs and follow Senara standards as directed
- Maintain State Licensing & Education requirements at all times.
- Must have a minimum of one year professional medical aesthetics or cosmetology experience in a Spa or medical setting.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have graduated from an accredited Aesthetics or Cosmetology school with a minimum of 600 hours in aesthetic treatments.
- Must possess adequate computer and typing skills.
- Previous product sales experience preferred.
Other required skills and qualifications include:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Able to respond to questions in a tactful and professional manner
- Must be organized, systematic and detail oriented
- Must be able to multitask & thrive in a fast-paced medical office
- Able to thrive in a team environment with little supervision

NP/PA: Wellness and Aesthetic Focus
Schedule: Full Time
General Summary and Purpose:
Senara Health & Med Spa is a multi-disciplinary practice offering a full suite of medical aesthetic & day spa services, a chiropractic and physical therapy division, and integrated wellness solutions via functional and anti-aging medicine treatments. We are continually expanding our service offerings, and advancing patient care through cutting procedures. Our aesthetic practice is focused on minimally invasive and non-surgical procedures.
We are expanding and looking for an Aesthetic Injector to join our practice. Prospective candidates must be able to treat and work with patients in a wide variety of services, including:
- Clinical aesthetic treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, etc)
- Body Contouring procedures (CoolSculpting & CoolTone)
- Nutritional IV Therapy
- Functional medicine and nutrition
- Hormone replacement therapy (pellets)
- Anti-aging medicine
- Routine osteopathic examinations and treatments
- Basic laboratory testing
- And other modalities as necessary
Problem-solving skills, punctuality, and the desire to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment are key attributes of the ideal candidate. Additionally, the ability to sell products and services as appropriate for optimal patient outcomes is a preferred skill.
Experience within clinical aesthetic practice, integrated wellness, or chiropractic clinic is preferred.
Nurse Injector (Aesthetic Focus) Job Duties:
- Prescribe and administer cosmetic aesthetic and body contouring treatments
- Review, evaluate and prescribe testing and treatment plan for new patients
- Co-manage patients with other practice physicians and technicians
- Review laboratory test results and prescribe recommendations
- Administer intravenous therapy, intramuscular injections, and other applicable medical treatments
- Perform insurance-required osteopathic examinations for diagnosis of medical necessity
- Prescribe medications and process refill requests as necessary
- Respond to patient calls, e-mails, messages via secure patient app, and voicemails throughout the day
- Assist with other projects as directed
Nurse Injector Skills and Qualifications:
Training and Educational Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an NP or PA in a medical practice setting – preferably in an Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Osteopathic specialty
- Preferably has Medical Aesthetic experience and knowledge base
- Maintain current BLS certification during employment
- Commitment to ongoing Medical Aesthetic, and other applicable business areas, knowledge/training
- Experience in clinical aesthetics or dermatology preferred

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST (LMT)
Schedule: Full- or Part-Time

Licensed Massage Therapists provide quality massage and body therapy treatments to guests of Senara Health and Healing Center & Spa. Responsible for providing outstanding service in a 5-star setting to each guest. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of all product lines and treatment options both in the Spa and Health and Healing Center.
