What Does It Feel Like
At Senara, we like to compare the feeling of Coolsculpting to the sensation of icing an area of your body after a sports injury. As the Coolsculpting devices get to work, you will likely feel some cooling, stinging, or burning sensations as the tissue gets to a place where it’s actually healing. This would be best described as mild discomfort, and it normally only lasts for five minutes or so.
Does Coolsculpting Hurt?
Coolsculpting does not hurt, and we have never had anyone even come close to stopping their procedure at Senara. After the first five minutes, your target area will become numb and you won’t feel much at all for the remainder of your treatment. You may feel some discomfort for about a minute after the device is removed and blood rushes back to your target area, but that will subside quickly.
