Last Tuesday was our Dinner with the Docs Kick-off Event, and we had a blast! We were thrilled to have almost 40 people in attendance and felt it was an enjoyable evening for all!

As part of Senara’s commitment to help you Live. Life. Well., the Dinner with the Docs lecture series is a way for us to share important health tips with our guests. We also love hosting these dinners as a way to get to know our guests better and for our guests to get to know us a bit better, as well. Our hope is that these Dinners are one of many ways we can foster community with every guest at Senara, focusing on the shared interest of health, wellness, and living a fulfilling life.
The current topic is “10 Habits for a Healthy Lifestyle.” Dr Kramer and Dr Gingras walk you through 10 simple things you can do to improve your wellness. We cover the importance of what you put in your body, how you use your body, and even how important keeping your mind healthy is to your overall health. To keep it fun and informative, we’ve even put together a few interactive pieces for our guests to learn about some of the habits we review!

The dinner is free to guests in attendance, and we even offer free computerized stress screenings, and mini chair massages prior to the dinner and lecture. It’s a relaxing evening out at the country club for everyone! Bring a friend to enjoy the evening with, we’ll pick up the check!

We hope to see you at one of our monthly Dinner with the Docs coming up! The next Dinner is Tuesday July 1st and you can RSVP online or call 309.693.9600 to reserve a seat for you and your guests. Dinners are held on the first Tuesday of every month (except September) for you and your guests.
