Senara & COVID-19 Policies

COVID-19 Update November 20, 2020

Effective November 20, 2020, Senara will continue our daily operations under the current Tier 3 Covid-19 mitigations as we have since reopening June 1st.

  • Our staff and service providers will continue to wear masks and PPE during your treatments, as per the CDC guidelines.
  • All guests visiting Senara will be required to wear a face mask throughout the building at all times, unless directly receiving a service that requires the removal of the mask. Failure to comply with the mask rule will result in immediate removal from the facility, and all applicable cancellation fees will be charged per our policies.
  • We encourage all visitors to sanitize their hands upon entry and exit of the building. Sanitizer is located throughout the building for your convenience.
  • All services have a built in cleaning/disinfecting time between guests. In June we made significant changes to our spa service menus to reduce, and in some case eliminate, treatments that did not allow enough turnover time for cleaning (e.g. Facial Waxing).
  • Senara is a large facility with superior air flow and circulation. We have remained well under the 25% capacity limit and have plenty of space for social distancing.

The services we offer are essential for physical and emotional well-being. During these stressful times, we will continue to operate and provide all of our health & spa services. Your safety is our top concern every day and will continue to remain as such. We are here when you need us, as your are comfortable.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your schedule appointment time so we can best assist you.

COVID-19 Update August 10, 2020

Failure to comply with the mask rule will result in immediate removal from the facility, and all applicable cancellation fees will be charged per our policies.

Our staff and service providers will continue to wear masks and PPE during your treatments, as per the CDC guidelines. This is in accordance with the guidelines allowing for Phase 4 reopening set out by the governor.

To our loyal Senara friends and family,

As our community makes changes to limit the spread of COVID-19, the novel coronavirus, we wanted to update you on how Senara is changing our day to day operations to protect both you and our staff. Your safety, and that of our staff, is of the utmost importance. And while we plan to remain open to serve our guests who need access to our important health and wellness services, we are implementing key safety measures to protect everyone who enters Senara.

At the advice of our Medical Directors and Physicians, effective Monday March 16, 2020, Senara will begin to implement the following practices until further notice for all guests and staff entering our facility:

  • Screening for health and travel risk indicators at arrival to our facility
It is critical that you reschedule your appointment if you experience a fever, unusual cough, extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, or other flu-like symptoms.
  • Temperature checks at the front door to screen for fevers
Any guest or staff member who registers a temperature at 100.4 or above, will be asked to immediately leave the premises and not return until they are fever free for a minimum of 24 hours.

  • Hand sanitizer will be located at all building entrances, and ALL guests and staff will be required to sanitize their hands upon arrival AND departure.

  • A Senara staff member will be stationed at the entrance to ensure temperature monitoring and hand sanitizing is completed as guests and staff come in and out of the building.

  • Staff will be optimized to limit the number of people in the building, while still providing services to our guests as fully as possible.

    • Call wait times may increase, so we ask that you be patient as we work to take care of each guest. Feel free to text us 309.204.9451 if you prefer to not be placed on hold.

In addition to these new measures, Senara will continue with our already strict daily cleaning and sanitation protocols. This includes: medical grade washing detergents, fresh linens for each guest in our spa, use of nitrile gloves and sterile needles for procedures, and more.

As the next few weeks play out, our hope is that we can continue to be a safe place of respite for our community members. Senara is, and always will be, a place that is focused on the health and wellness, both inside and out, of everyone who comes through our doors.

Please feel free to call us at 309.693.9600 with any questions you may have, or text us at 309.204.9451.

We look forward to continuing to help you and your families stay the healthiest possible during this stressful time.

In good health,

Dr. Keith and Penny Kramer & Staff
